Hello!

My name is Marta and I work as a Polish language teacher at the Youth Sociotherapy Center No. 3 in Warsaw.

I had the incredible opportunity to participate in the Erasmus+ program, thanks to which I spent two weeks in Malta. There, I learned how to use new technologies in teaching and met many wonderful people from all over the world.

During my stay, I discovered the charms of Malta – beautiful monuments, breathtaking views, and the unique atmosphere of this country. I would like to share my experiences, inspirations, and memories from this trip here.

My Story

Together with friends from school, we wrote a project titled "Our School Has a Euro-Fan." We included all the ideas and activities we wanted to implement thanks to our participation in the Erasmus+ program. Dozens of pages of work were created – and we succeeded! Our project was accepted, and we were able to begin working on it. Each of us chose a different place to study. I chose Malta – a country I had never been to before, but which I had heard had some of the best English language schools. I took the "New Technologies in Teaching" course because I know how important this knowledge is in a teacher's work. Thanks to it, I can expose students to new learning opportunities and facilitate their acquisition of knowledge. I learned many apps and programs that support classroom work. I created tools I hadn't even considered before – including my own website. It was an incredible experience that has greatly improved me. I hope my students will benefit from this knowledge, and my school will gain even more value.
